Claremont House Holiday Apartments

   Access 1 If coming by train - the train station is only a few minutes walk from our apartments so you will not need a taxi unless walking is difficult for you.  Turn left out of the train station and walk a few yards to the traffic lights and crossroads, turn left here into Trinity Avenue, carry on along Trinity Avenue and take your3rd right into St. Davids Road - carry on until you come to Claremont Road and you will find Claremont House Holiday apartments on your right on the junction of St. Davids Road and Claremont Road.

If coming by car - you will come into Wales on the A55 dual carriageway - take the A470 turnoff for Llandudno and follow the signs for Llandudno and then Llandudno Town Centre. As you pass Asda on your left keep in the right hand lane for town centre. You will now enter Mostyn Street which is the main shopping street for Llandudno. Take the 2nd left turning off Mostyn Street into Lloyd Street -(there is the HSBC bank on one corner and Nat West Bank on the other). Carry on along Lloyd Street and take your 3rd left turning into St. Davids Road. Carry on for 1 block and you will find Claremont House on the corner of St. David's Road and Claremont Road.

2. We have a parking space for each apartment.

3. The front door is accessed by a concrete pathway and 3 steps. There is one 140mm step at the front door which takes you into an entrance hallway. From the hallway there are eleven 13 180mm steps to a small half landing and another 4 steps to the apartments entrance. There is no lift available.

4. The Beach Hut apartment is entirely on the first floor. The Country Cottage apartment is a first floor apartment with 1 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. We have no ground floor apartments. We are happy to help guests with their luggage if necessary..
